Pen Turning 101

• Pen Turning 101 – $50.00
  Using East Indian Rosewood (Dalbergia Sisso) pen blanks harvested in Florida and pen parts supplied by Make717. We will cover the use and sharpening of the turning tools. All aspects of using the Make lathe will be reviewed and discussed. We will prepare our blacks for turning. We are planning that the standard Slimline and Americana kits will be slightly modified to give us a pen that will be custom. Additional pen blanks of both Sisso and Cherry Burl will be available for participants to make additional pens on their own.
  No previous experience with the Lathe is necessary.
