In this introductory metal machining workshop, you will learn how to:
- Use metal cutting lathe
- Use a milling machine
- Use precision measuring devices (micrometer, dial calipers)
- Make threaded parts
All while creating a compressed air powered oscillating cylinder engine.
Because of the nature of this workshop and the equipment necessary, the date and times of these workshops will be determined between the Instructor and smaller clusters of students.
This workshop is open to anyone 12 years of age or older (minors with parental supervision). Space is limited, so register today!
